How do I book?
Pick what needs cleaning, choose a time from our live calendar, and add your details. It takes about a minute, and you pay after the clean.
How do I pay?
After the clean, by card, cash or PayID. Nothing is charged when you book.
Where do you clean?
All of Sydney, plus the Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Illawarra and Southern Highlands. Further out? Message us and we'll see what we can do.
Who gets 25% off?
All 90 or so suburbs in the Blacktown, Penrith and Mount Druitt areas (Blacktown City and Penrith City), including St Marys, Rooty Hill and Kingswood. It's applied automatically when you enter your suburb.
How long does it take to dry?
Usually 3 to 6 hours. Open windows or a fan speed it up.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use family- and pet-safe products and extract them back out, so nothing harsh is left behind.
What can you clean?
Fabric only: carpets, rugs, fabric lounges and chairs, mattresses, and cloth car seats and carpets. We don't clean leather.
Will every stain come out?
Most everyday stains lift completely. Old or permanent stains like bleach, dye or rust may only fade, and we'll tell you before we start.
Do you need my water and power?
Yes, so we'll need a tap and a power point near where we're cleaning.
What should I do before you arrive?
Clear small items and anything fragile off the floor and furniture being cleaned.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Let us know as early as you can, ideally 24 hours before, and we'll find a new time.
